How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Go to our track order page, simply input your order number & email in the provided form to receive your tracking information. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, there is a brief amount of time where we may be able to edit or cancel your order, but this isn't guaranteed.
If your order has been processed in our warehouse or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will not be able to edit your order.
If you want to change your order, contact us at hello@piximo.co with your order number, and we will try and amend it for you.
My order is lost, what do I do?
If you think your order may be lost and it has exceeded the shipping timeframe, please reach out to the courier delivering your order as they may have more information. Your order may be at the local post office awaiting pick up.

Where is my order confirmation?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation by email after you have completed your order, it may be due to an error that has occurred with your purchase. Reach out to us at hello@piximo.co and we’ll be to happy to help.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Delivery takes 8-12 business days once shipped.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 7 days of delivery.
To be acceptable for return items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.
All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
To arrange a return please contact us at hello@piximo.co with your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will email back with instructions on how to return the item.
Please allow up to 21 working days for action of your return.
Note: We will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any shipping fees. For more information on returns, go to our return policy.
When will I recieve my refund?
Your funds will be returned to the original payment method you used at checkout (Credit card, Paypal etc). Depending on your bank, that may take 7 to 10 business days (this is up to the card's bank and out of our control).

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact hello@piximo.co as soon as possible. There is a small window after ordering where we may be able to edit your order. If it has already been processed or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately we are unable to make changes.
